School mentoring

Supporting Young People Inside the Classroom

We partner directly with schools to deliver structured, pastoral-led mentoring that addresses the root causes of disengagement and underachievement.

MENTORING SUPPORT

1:1 & Group Mentoring

We offer 1:1 & group mentoring delivered within the education setting. We work closely with pastoral teams and DSLs to identify pupils that can benefit most from our support. Our aim is to support, motivate and guide pupils to overcome any barriers to learning — including learning difficulties, family issues, mental health challenges, or lack of self-confidence. Our support is focused around SEMH (Social Emotional & Mental Health) needs.

Attendance Wellbeing Mentor - EBSNA

Working closely with Attendance Leads to manage and support EBSNA young people. Delivering targeted mentoring interventions to identify and address barriers and support re-integration in school

SEMH Workshops & Courses

We deliver SEMH-based workshops and courses in school, ranging from one-off sessions through to structured 6-week programmes. Our sessions are designed to build the social, emotional and mental health skills young people need to thrive — covering themes including Resilience, Communication & Team Building, Healthy Relationships, Anger Mastery, Emotion Management, and Anti-Social Behaviour.

Private mentoring

Mentoring Beyond the School Gates

Our private mentoring services bring expert, DBS-checked mentors directly to young people in their community — building confidence, life skills, and resilience outside of the education setting.

Community-based sessions

Meet 'N' Mentor

1:1 mentoring sessions outside of the education setting, delivered in the mentee's local area. We have found this is a great way for mentees to develop confidence outdoors, building social awareness and accessing essential life skills. Sessions are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. All of our mentors come trained, Enhanced DBS checked and adhere to safeguarding laws and policies.

Phone & video call mentoring

Mentor Mobile

We can deliver mentoring via phone or online video call. Create your own call package, choosing the dates, time and frequency. You can spread this contact weekly or monthly. All of our mentors come trained, Enhanced DBS checked and adhere to safeguarding laws and policies.

Education Otherwise Than At School

EOTAS Support

EOTAS is a formal educational provision for children and young people who cannot attend a traditional school, funded and arranged by the local authority. Supreme Mentoring Services works alongside EOTAS arrangements to provide structured, relationship-led mentoring support — helping young people remain engaged, build resilience and develop the social and emotional skills needed to progress.

Family support consultations

Parent & Carer Services

We understand that sometimes things can be difficult away from the education setting and that many troubles can arise in the home. We offer consultations working with parents and carers, offering advice on ways to support their young person from a mentor perspective and signposting relevant support services.

Your Safety Is Our Priority

Mentors are appropriately recruited, subject to relevant enhanced DBS checks and provided with safeguarding training appropriate to their roles. They are required to follow Supreme Mentoring Services’ safeguarding procedures and the agreed procedures of the setting in which they work.We work within robust safeguarding frameworks and maintain close communication with schools, families, and relevant agencies to promote the safety and welfare of the young people we support and respond appropriately to concerns.
